Introduction
Nora AI is a generative AI service that supports learning-material design on learning management systems and the NoraClass platform, developed and provided by Rebo Technology JSC (“we”, “us”, “Rebo” or “Nora AI”). Nora AI may be distributed or integrated by learning-management platform partners cooperating with NoraClass, depending on partnership programs and deployment configurations from time to time.
These Nora AI Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms” or “Rules”) govern your rights and obligations (“User” or “you”) when accessing, registering for, or using any part of Nora AI. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with the NoraClass Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use Nora AI.
These Terms follow a human-centred approach: AI serves people and does not replace human authority or responsibility. They also align with the spirit of Vietnamese AI law, including the Law on Artificial Intelligence No. 134/2025/QH15 (effective as provided therein), cybersecurity, intellectual property, and personal data protection laws.
We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes are published on the platform and/or notified appropriately (e.g. email). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, unless law requires another consent form.

The Service may be free or paid. We strive to maintain quality but may adjust, suspend, or change features for operations and legal compliance, with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Accounts and access
You may need a NoraClass account with accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for securing credentials and all activity under your account. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly via official support channels.
Minors or persons under guardianship need parent/guardian consent. School-provisioned student accounts follow school policies and child/student data laws.
4. User rights and obligations
4.1. Accepting AI-assisted classroom support
By using Nora AI, you agree that AI may assist (not replace) classroom activities such as schedule suggestions, task suggestions, and content suggestions. You must review and decide how to use suggestions under pedagogical needs and school rules.
4.2. Responsibility for Input and Output
You are fully responsible for Input Content and for how you use Output Content. Nora AI only assists generation on request and does not warrant accuracy, completeness, legality, or fitness for every purpose. You must ensure:
- Content complies with Vietnamese law (including cybersecurity, IP, personal data, and AI law where applicable);
- Content is not deliberately harmful misinformation, insulting, obscene, discriminatory, or privacy/defamation-violating;
- You have sufficient rights in Input Content and remain responsible for third-party disputes;
- You verify AI Output against authoritative sources, curricula, and professional judgment before teaching/assessment use.
4.3. Acceptable use
Use Nora AI only for lawful educational purposes. Do not create harmful, fraudulent, academically dishonest, plagiarized, or deepfake/impersonation content intended to manipulate people, or infringe copyright. Do not exploit vulnerabilities of at-risk groups (children, persons with disabilities, etc.).
4.4. Data protection when prompting AI
- Do not enter unnecessary sensitive data (passwords, OTPs, detailed health data, state secrets, full student/parent identifiers beyond legitimate pedagogical need, etc.);
- Do not provide third-party personal data without a lawful basis/authorization;
- For school LMS: teachers/admins must ensure AI use complies with internal policies and law.
4.5. Transparency and human role
- AI assists; humans control, review, and remain accountable for final decisions;
- Disclose AI assistance when it helps others assess origin/reliability;
- When publishing AI-created/edited content that may mislead about authenticity of events/persons, label/note it as required by law and platform guidance (when available).
4.6. Policy compliance
You agree to these Terms, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any additional usage guidance we publish.
5. Intellectual property
- We (and/or licensors) own IP in software, integrated models, interfaces, brands, and Service technology. You receive a license to use the Service under your plan for lawful educational/personal purposes; you may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit our technology without written consent;
- You retain rights in Input Content to the extent permitted by law and remain responsible for its legality;
- Unless otherwise agreed or configured by an organization, Output Content is provided for you to use, edit, and share for educational purposes; to the extent we can grant, Output Content is treated as open educational resources in the spirit of CC0 (Creative Commons Zero), without relieving you of the duty to ensure content does not infringe third-party rights or law. If LMS/school configurations set different ownership rules for organizational content, those rules prevail within that organization;
- We may use Input and Output in anonymized/aggregated form to operate, secure, and improve the Service under the Privacy Policy. If you do not want data used for model improvement in that way (where technically optional), contact the NoraClass team for guidance.
6. Security and personal data
We protect personal data under applicable Vietnamese personal data and cybersecurity laws. Data is collected, stored, and used to provide the Service, improve AI (where permitted), secure systems, and comply with law. Details are in the NoraClass Privacy Policy.
- We may share data with necessary infrastructure/third parties (hosting, AI models, security) under contract and appropriate safeguards;
- You agree we may use anonymized/aggregated data to train or improve AI models within law and the Privacy Policy;
- If you provide sensitive personal data or others’ data, you are responsible for having the required legal basis/consent;
- We may log usage metadata (time, volume, request type…) for quotas, anti-abuse, and operations.
7. Quotas, monitoring, and termination
- Nora AI use may be limited by plan quotas and anti-abuse controls;
- We may suspend or limit AI features upon violations; we will try to help you remediate before stricter measures when appropriate;
- You may stop using the Service at any time. After cessation or a valid deletion request, we handle data under the Privacy Policy and any legal retention duties;
- Serious violations may lead to account lock and/or referral to authorities under the Terms of Use.
8. Limitation of liability
Nora AI is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties beyond mandatory law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Output Content;
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (data loss, profits, reputation, etc.), unless exclusion is prohibited;
- Issues arising from your use of or reliance on AI suggestions in classrooms without human verification;
- Third-party conduct (schools, LMS partners, model providers…) beyond our reasonable control.
Any aggregate liability related to Nora AI follows the limits in the NoraClass Terms of Use, unless law provides otherwise.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes should first be negotiated/mediated in good faith; failing that, they shall be resolved by competent People’s Courts in Vietnam.
10. Miscellaneous
- Force majeure: We are not liable for damages from events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, network infrastructure failures, cyberattacks beyond reasonable control…). We will use reasonable efforts to restore service;
- Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect;
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a right immediately is not a waiver;
- Priority: For Nora AI, these Terms prevail over other general terms in case of direct conflict; matters not covered here follow the NoraClass Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
