This English version is provided for reference only. If there is any conflict between the Vietnamese and English versions, the Vietnamese version shall prevail.

Introduction

NoraClass (“we”, “us”, “Platform” or “NoraClass”) is a digital learning platform operated by Rebo Technology JSC (Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ Rebo) at https://noraclass.com.

NoraClass helps teachers and students:

• View, author, and present three-dimensional lessons with authoring tools;
• Use an interactive whiteboard to annotate, illustrate, and share lessons;
• Create and read interactive books (page-flip books) from PDF or new content;
• Practice lab simulations (including an open simulation library) on computers, tablets, or phones;
• Explore a community learning-materials library, collections, and a three-dimensional model viewer;
• Use the Nora AI assistant subject to plan quotas;
• Subscribe to personal plans, top up a wallet balance, and manage subscriptions;
• Use online class-management solutions for schools and partners, including connections to school systems where supported.

By registering an account, signing in, or using any NoraClass service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), together with the Privacy Policy and the Payment & Refund Policy published on the Platform.

Article 1: Definitions

• User: Any individual or organization that accesses, registers for, or uses NoraClass.
• Account: An account created via email/password or linked login (e.g. Google).
• User Content: Lessons, simulations, materials, class data, comments, and any content created or uploaded by the User.
• Service Plan: Subscription packages, authoring-tool / class-management entitlements, wallet balance, and AI usage quotas as offered from time to time.
• Organization Admin: A person authorized by a school or partner to manage accounts, classes, and organizational data on the LMS.

Article 2: Eligibility and account registration

Users must provide truthful, accurate registration information and keep it updated. Users are responsible for safeguarding passwords, login devices, and all activity under their Account.

Minors or persons under guardianship must obtain consent from a parent/legal guardian before using the service. For student accounts provisioned by a school, consent may be handled through the school in accordance with the school’s policies and applicable personal data laws.

We may refuse, suspend, or delete an Account if information is inaccurate, fraud is suspected, or the User violates these Terms or Vietnamese law.

Article 3: Scope of services

Depending on the plan and configuration, NoraClass may provide:

• Viewing, authoring, saving, and sharing three-dimensional lessons (drag-and-drop models, annotations, video, text, quizzes, narration);
• Interactive whiteboard (drawing, notes, shapes, presentation, export, and link sharing);
• Interactive / page-flip books (create from PDF or new content, edit pages, read, and share);
• Lab simulations (NoraClass simulations and an open simulation library), runnable on multiple device types;
• A community learning-materials library, collections, favorites, cloning of public materials (where allowed), and a three-dimensional model viewer;
• Nora AI assistant subject to plan quotas (lesson suggestions, question generation, narration, in-simulation help, and school class-management support where deployed);
• Class-management solutions for schools/partners (class management, teacher/student roles, connections to common school systems where supported);
• Plan payments, wallet top-ups, and subscription management.

Features may vary by plan, region, organization configuration, or product roadmap. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Article 4: Acceptable use

Users may use NoraClass only for lawful educational and training purposes. Users must not:

• Upload or share content opposing the Socialist Republic of Vietnam or harming national security or social order;
• Promote violence, terrorism, discrimination, obscenity, superstition, or content contrary to social morals;
• Distort history, defame, or insult the honor/dignity of individuals or organizations;
• Disclose state secrets or other confidential information under law;
• Infringe intellectual property, copyright, trademarks, or trade secrets of third parties;
• Upload student/teacher personal data without authorization or beyond the authorized scope;
• Distribute malware, spam, attack systems, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service;
• Impersonate individuals, organizations, schools, or our staff;
• Resell, lease, or unlawfully transfer service-plan access;
• Abuse AI/automation to bypass quotas, security controls, or generate prohibited content.

Article 5: User Content and intellectual property

Users retain rights in User Content they create, to the extent permitted by law. By uploading or creating content on the Platform, Users grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, back up, display, and distribute such content as needed to operate the service (including display within classes/organizations per User or Organization Admin settings).

Users warrant they have sufficient rights in uploaded content and remain legally responsible for it. We may remove, restrict, or report content that violates these Terms or law.

Software, interfaces, the “NoraClass” and “Rebo” brands, designs, source code, system documentation, and materials we provide are owned by Rebo Technology JSC or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit these assets without authorization.

Article 6: School LMS and student data

• Organization Admins are responsible for configuring access, managing classes, and ensuring student data processing complies with law and school policies;
• We process data as a technical service provider under the deployment agreement and lawful instructions of the organization;
• Schools/partners must provide notices and obtain parental/guardian consent where required by law;
• Upon termination or a valid request, we will support data export/deletion according to applicable technical and legal processes.

Article 7: AI assistant and generated content

Nora AI may generate suggestions, content, or analysis based on User inputs. AI outputs are assistive, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and do not replace professional judgment. Users must review AI outputs before using them in teaching or assessment.

Users must not use AI to create unlawful content, invade privacy, or fraudulently exceed quotas. AI usage may be logged to operate the service, prevent abuse, and improve quality within the Privacy Policy.

Article 8: Plans, payments, and wallet

Fees, billing cycles, wallet top-ups, renewals, and refunds are governed by the Payment & Refund Policy. Purchasing a plan or making a payment constitutes acceptance of that policy at the time of the transaction.

Article 9: User rights

• Use the service according to the subscribed plan;
• Update account information and request reasonable technical support;
• Access information about personal data processing under the Privacy Policy;
• Lodge complaints under the mechanism in these Terms.

Article 10: User obligations

• Provide accurate information and secure the Account;
• Promptly report unauthorized access or security incidents;
• Comply with Vietnamese law, these Terms, and usage guidelines;
• Be responsible for their content and conduct on the Platform;
• Compensate damages caused by their violations to us or third parties.

Article 11: NoraClass rights and responsibilities

We may suspend features, lock, or terminate Accounts upon violations; refuse support for Accounts with false information; and cooperate with competent authorities upon lawful request.

We will use reasonable efforts to maintain service stability, support Users reasonably, protect data under the Privacy Policy, and handle complaints within our authority.

Article 12: Violation handling

Depending on severity, we may warn; temporarily restrict features; suspend or permanently lock Accounts; remove content; revoke plan benefits related to fraud; and/or refer matters to authorities.

Article 13: Third-party services

The Platform may integrate third-party services (Google login, partner payment gateways, cloud providers, analytics, etc.). Use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not liable beyond the reasonable scope of integration for incidents caused by third parties.

Article 14: Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service or fitness for every particular purpose.

In force majeure events, we will use reasonable efforts to mitigate harm but are not liable for damages beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability related to a transaction/plan shall not exceed the amount the User paid for that transaction/plan in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, unless a limitation is prohibited by law.

Article 15: Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes should first be resolved amicably. Failing that, disputes shall be resolved by competent authorities/courts in Vietnam.

Complaints within our handling scope should be submitted within thirty (30) days of the relevant event, unless law provides otherwise.

Article 16: Changes

We may update these Terms. The new version is published on the Platform and takes effect on the stated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, unless law requires another form of consent.

Article 17: Effectiveness

These Terms become binding when the User completes registration or starts using the service, whichever is earlier. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
